5 hosted a free public screening of “Diet”, in collaboration with The Positive Alternative.
On September 21st, 5 was proud to host a free pre-screening of “Diet” in Copenhagen’s Bremen Theatre. This is the first in a new documentary series by The Positive Alternative, highlighting resilient stories of those at the forefront of climate change.
In this episode, we meet Dr. Anika Molesworth, a sheep farmer in the Australian outback trying to keep her family farm going amid recurrent droughts and soaring temperatures. Despite her dramatic struggle, Anika is on a quest to raise awareness for positive solutions that secure our food systems for the future. Her story highlights that we all have a role to play.

He believes that there are three important pillars to create impactful film content: The Idea. Meaningful Purpose. Craft. Specialised in commercial films and (mini) docs, he has worked on award-winning projects including ING’s The Next Rembrandt (double Cannes Lions Grand Prix winner), Opel Pay With Views (Cannes Lions PR Gold and Silver) and the School for Justice (D&AD Impact – Black and Wood Pencil).

Sanne is co-initiator, producer and writer of The Positive Alternative documentary series.
She decided to leave her job in Sydney to fully dedicate her time and energy to the series. With the series, she wants to provide a positive alternative to the status quo, which is currently driving us towards catastrophic climate change. At the same time, she aims to empower people across the world with simple, tangible and constructive ideas to make tomorrow better. Prior to The Positive Alternative, she worked as an account director at advertising agencies in Amsterdam and Sydney and has led global campaigns, working across a variety of brands both globally and regionally, such as Heineken, Adidas and Twitter. She is passionate about purposeful and creative business solutions which step outside of the traditional advertising approach and try to deliver something which benefits consumers and the world versus simply extracting value from consumers.
