Former Major League Baseball player turned environmental advocate, Hunter goes to bat for climate action through community work, youth summits and the Healthy Planet Project. As a Global Voice at Imagine5, we work together to tell positive stories that inspire everyday change.

His mission

Since co-founding the Healthy Planet Project with his wife Alexis, Hunter’s nonprofit has been making a big impact by inspiring everyday actions. From organized community efforts like urban cleanups and tree planting to social initiatives like the City Surf Project and youth activities, the organization empowers local communities to be the change. With an ultimate goal to create healthier environments and get back in harmony with nature, his message is clear: show love and do good for its own sake.
